• Bank statements – Last 3 months showing salary credits (up to and including today)

• Deposit - Proof of funds (3 months bank statements required) - if applicable

• Solicitors’ details – we can provide a quote if you do not have a solicitor

Employed

• Payslips (Employed) – Last 3 months

Self-Employed

• Tax Calculations (Self-Employed) – Last 3 years - if available)

• Tax Overview (Self-Employed) – Last 3 years - if available

• Company Accounts – Last 3 years - if applicable

• Business Bank Statements - Last 3 months (up to and including today) - if applicable

Contractors

• Current contract

• Contracts covering last 2yrs
